Identifying customer needs and providing necessary advice and Takaful solutions.
Achieving the sales targets given, within the framework of co-ordinated team effort in an admirable manner.
Building and maintaining a good relationship with the internal customers.
Striving towards achieving customer loyalty for Takaful solutions and taking complete responsibility for customer retention.
Also providing timely feedback on market trends.
Providing performance updates on specified targets.
General Skills / Aptitudes:
Prior Experience in sales would be an added advantage.
Education/Qualifications
Preference will be given to school leavers who wish to explore prospects for a rewarding career in the insurance industry (based on the Takaful concept). Candidates should have a positive attitude, pleasing and outgoing personality and possess good communication skills. Fluency in English is compulsory while a fair knowledge of Sinhala & Tamil would be an added advantage. The person should be a male, age between 18 and 30 years of age.
Qualifications: O/Level passes in 6 subjects, A/Level highly preferred.
