ZONAL / REGIONAL MANAGERS
Required Qulifications
We are looking for charismatic leaders and professionals with proven skills in Recruiting, Developing and Motivating people to perform at their peak, thereby driving business units towards achieving set objectives.
- Achieving the overall objectives for the Zone/ Region in close coordination with the respective Branch Managers.
- The ideal candidate should possess good people skills & competence in developing, performing teams.
- The right candidate should have a proven track record of at least 4 – 6 years in General Insurance Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Qualification in SLIM / CIM will be an added advantage.
SALES MANAGER /
ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS – TEAMS
Required Qulifications
- A hardcore team player with minimum 3-5 years’ experience - capable of driving an aggressive sales culture with organized monitoring and discipline.
- Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing sales teams with recorded performance.
- A no-nonsense approach towards achieving sales targets within the stipulated time frame.
- Degree/ Qualifications in SLIM/ CIM.
SALES MANAGERS / ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS – INDIVIDUAL
Required Qulifications
- A seasoned Insurance salesman with minimum 3-5 years’ experience and portfolio, having a passion to learn and develop.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the stipulated time frame.
- Building and promoting, long-lasting customer relationships and partnering with potential clientele.
- Degree/ Qualifications in SLIM/ CIM.
SALES MANAGER /
