Takaful Total Drive offers you a number of easy ways to avoid the customary hassle that you face at the time of making a claim.

  1. Call and Drive
  2. Based on the nature of the accident and your vehicle can be moved, you can inform the accident by calling our 24/7 help line on +9411 750 1000 and continue with you journey un-interrupted.

  3. On site
  4. Based on your request, a motor assessor will be sent to inspect the vehicle at the site of the accident and offer you a claim settlement value without an estimate.

  5. Drive-in
  6. Drive in to one of our selected branches in your damaged vehicle and our assessor will offer you a claim settlement without an estimate.

  7. Share of Net Surplus
  8. If at the end of the period of Takaful, stated in the schedule, there is a net surplus in the General Takaful Fund, the amount will be shared among the participant on a pro rata basis provided that the participant has not incurred any claim and / or not received any benefits under this Certificate, whilst it is in force.

  9. Waiver of Police Statement
  10. Waiver of 1st statement for the process of claims subject to there being no third party involvement. However this clause does not override requirements by law.

  11. Immediate Inspection
  12. Upon notification of the claim and as the insured puts the vehicle to a garage of his choice our motor engineer will be there to assess the damage to your vehicle and approve the repairs.

  13. Towing Facility
  14. Provision of outsourced service at our cost for towing immovable vehicles to the garage up to a limit of Rs.7500/- on submission of bills. (for Motor Cycle up to Rs.500/-)This facility will not be applicable if the repair is being carried out at the registered agent as it can be incorporated in the claim bills.

  15. Advance Payment
  16. Up to 75% of approved cost on labour can be paid as advance on client’s request.

  17. Reimbursement For Alternative Transport
  18. (Only for cars, vans, jeeps and double cabs used for PRIVATE purposes) In the opinion of the motor assessor IF THE REPAIR exceeds 4 LABOUR days the participant will be entitled for an allowance for alternative transport up to a maximum of 10 days as per the assessor’s recommendation and will be paid as follows. Sum Covered up to Rs.2m – Rs.2000/- per day Sum Covered exceeding Rs.2m – RS.3000/- per day

  19. Accidental Injury Hospitalization Cover
  20. (Only for cars, vans, jeeps and double cabs used for PRIVATE purposes) Reimbursement of medical expenses to those travelling in the vehicle as mentioned below.
    • Overall Limit for Private Cars/Jeeps - Rs.250,000/- per incident. (Rs.50, 000/- per person)
    • For Private Vans & Double Cabs    - Rs.50,000/- per incident. (Rs.10, 000/- per person)
    • Treatment within 2 days and limited to a maximum of 10 day.
    • Room charges Rs.1,000/- per day up to a maximum of 5 days.
    • OPD subject to prescription and related to injury due to accident and within the specified period.
    • Any authorised driver of the vehicle and the passengers of the vehicle at the time of the accident. (According to the seating capacity but up to a maximum of 10 persons.)


  21. Personal Accident Cover
  22. (For cars and jeeps used for PRIVATE purposes) A free Personal Accident Cover of Rs.500,000/- each, for death or Permanent Total Disability for any authorised driver and to the passengers of the vehicle at the time of the accident.(According to the seating capacity but up to a maximum of 10 persons) (For vans and double cabs used for PRIVATE purposes) A free Personal Accident Cover of Rs.50,000/- each, for death or Permanent Total Disability for any authorised driver and to the passengers of the vehicle at the time of the accident.(According to the seating capacity but up to a maximum of 10 persons)

  23. Waiver Of After Repair Inspection (Ari)
  24. Provided repairs are done at “Agent’s Garage? ARI will not be required

  25. Settlement Of Bills Directly To Garage
  26. Provided repairs are done at “Agent’s Garage?, the bills will be settled directly to Agent’s garage.

  27. Free Airbag Cover
  28. (For cars used for PRIVATE purposes) Air Bag Cover Provided free of charge for 5 seats. (For vans, jeeps and double cabs used for PRIVATE purposes) Air Bag Cover Provided free of charge for two front seat dashboard air bags. Above benefits and covers are subject to conditions
